1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using KiloVerdict, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, legally able to enter into these Terms, and permitted to use KiloVerdict where you live. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
3. Training tool only
KiloVerdict provides automated, educational training feedback. It is not an official competition judge, federation representative, coach, physician, physical therapist, dietitian, or other licensed professional. Scores, verdicts, readiness indicators, and coaching cues may be incomplete or incorrect and do not guarantee that a lift or pose will receive the same result in competition.
4. Safety
Strength training, bodybuilding, and competition preparation involve risk of injury. Use appropriate equipment, spotters, supervision, and professional guidance. Stop training and seek qualified medical help if you experience pain, faintness, injury, or other concerning symptoms. Do not rely on KiloVerdict to determine whether an activity is medically safe.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Uploaded content
You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. You grant KiloVerdict a limited license to host, copy, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload the content, including permission from any person shown or heard in it.
7. Acceptable use
You may not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, infringing, or malicious content. You may not reverse engineer the service, bypass security or usage limits, overload infrastructure, scrape outputs at scale, or use KiloVerdict to develop a competing model or service except where law expressly permits.
8. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. Prices, billing periods, trials, and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, a subscription may renew automatically. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple Account settings. Restore purchases from the app using the same Apple Account used to purchase. Apple controls billing and refund decisions.
9. Plan limits and changes
Plans may include different analysis limits, video-length limits, processing models, reports, and other features. We may adjust features, limits, or availability for future billing periods, subject to applicable law and required notice. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or provider outages.
10. Intellectual property
KiloVerdict, its logo, interface, software, prompts, scoring presentation, text, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to KiloVerdict and are protected by law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Disclaimers
KiloVerdict is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation. AI-generated analysis can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or affected by video quality and user inputs.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiloVerdict and its operators, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, competition results, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Apple terms
Apple is not responsible for KiloVerdict or its content, support, maintenance, warranties, product claims, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions against you.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
