Subscription help

KiloVerdict subscriptions are billed through Apple. Restore purchases inside the app from Settings. To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, then tap Subscriptions.

Why will my video not upload?

Confirm that the video matches the selected lift or pose, stays within your plan’s length limit, clearly shows the full athlete and required equipment, and uses a supported video format. A stable internet connection is also required.

Is KiloVerdict an official competition judge?

No. KiloVerdict provides educational training feedback. Results are not official federation rulings and can differ from an in-person judging panel.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open KiloVerdict, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account and videos?

Use the account-deletion option in KiloVerdict Settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on the Delete Account page.
