1. Overview
KiloVerdict provides video-based training feedback, progress tracking, and competition-preparation tools for powerlifters and bodybuilders. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, how it is shared, and the choices available to you.
2. Information we collect

3. How analysis works
Uploaded videos may be stored in cloud storage. KiloVerdict may extract selected frames and send those frames, related metadata, and your selected analysis settings through cloud infrastructure to an AI provider for analysis. The complete video is not necessarily sent to the AI provider, but it may remain stored to support history and reporting features.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to operate KiloVerdict, including Firebase services for authentication, databases, storage, and diagnostics; Cloudflare infrastructure for secure processing and routing; Anthropic for AI-assisted analysis; and Apple for App Store distribution, subscriptions, and purchase verification. These providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers where applicable.
5. How we use information
- Provide lift, posing, readiness, progress, and reporting features.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Store and sync uploaded content and analysis history.
- Verify subscriptions and enforce plan limits.
- Respond to support and data-rights requests.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers when necessary to run the app, with Apple for purchases and distribution, when you choose to share a result, or when required by law or necessary to protect users, KiloVerdict, or others.
7. Retention
We keep account data, uploaded videos, analysis history, and related records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup restoration. When an account is deleted, we begin deleting or de-identifying associated data, subject to limited legal, security, and backup retention.
8. Your choices and rights
You may access or update certain information in the app. You may request account deletion through the app or the Delete Account page. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Email support@kiloverdict.com to submit a request.
9. Children
KiloVerdict is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, or disclosed without authorization.
11. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as KiloVerdict changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method.
