What is the difference between Training Mode and Meet Mode?
Training Mode emphasizes technique development and coaching cues. Meet Mode applies stricter, competition-oriented evaluation. Neither mode replaces an official judging panel.
Does KiloVerdict guarantee a competition result?
No. Video angle, lighting, equipment, federation interpretation, and in-person judging can affect an official outcome. KiloVerdict is an educational preparation tool.
Are my videos stored?
KiloVerdict may store videos and related analysis data so you can access history, reports, and progress features. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Who processes analysis data?
KiloVerdict uses cloud infrastructure and an AI service to process selected video frames and related metadata. Service providers process data only to provide the app’s functions, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
Can I cancel a subscription at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Cancel through iPhone Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s purchase-support process.
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 16 years old to use KiloVerdict, or meet the higher minimum age required where you live.
How do I delete my account?
Use the deletion option in the app’s account settings. If you cannot sign in, visit the Delete Account page or email support.
