Delete your KiloVerdict account

Delete from the KiloVerdict app

1. Open KiloVerdict.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the warning and confirm the request.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@kiloverdict.com using the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “KiloVerdict Account Deletion Request.” We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account.

What will be deleted

• Your KiloVerdict account profile and user identifier.
• Uploaded lift and posing videos associated with the account.
• Saved analysis results, scores, readiness history, and reports.
• Account-linked usage records that are not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping.

What may be retained temporarily

Some information may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, transaction records, or records that must be kept to comply with law, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Apple separately controls App Store purchase and subscription records.

Subscriptions

Deleting your KiloVerdict account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions.
